Product Description:Two-component high-performance high-solid anti-static self-leveling composed of epoxy resin and curing agent
Product use:Self-leveling with high solid content and low odor
Performance characteristics:1. High solid content and low odor;
2, superior leveling, with a certain degree of chemical resistance;
3, high gloss, good hardness, film fullness, good wear resistance and scratch resistance;
4, in order to have a lasting anti-static effect, which added a certain amount of carbon fiber, so the apparent fiber head distribution;
5. Due to the deep color of conductive powder, light color series cannot be made (please consult the technical department for details)
Construction method: 3mm tooth knife trowel scraping
Dosage:0.8~1.0 ㎏/㎡
Note: According to the choice of different colors, different dosage, especially the color of poor hiding power need to use more special process (please consult the company's technical personnel for details).
Storage:Effective storage period of half a year, after expiration can be inspected according to quality standards, such as to meet the requirements can be used.

Product use instructions
lConstruction shall be carried out under the conditions of temperature ≥ 5 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%; The surface temperature of the base surface before coating and during curing (before surface drying) should be higher than the dew point by more than 3 ℃ to prevent water vapor condensation on the surface of the substrate and wet film from affecting the coating adhesion and surface effect;
lCoating in the clean, dry, no pores in the anti-static coating above;
lThe product has been proved by experiments to have sufficient construction adaptability, should not add any solvent and diluent, if you want to add please consult our technical department.
lBefore construction, the component shall be fully stirred evenly, and mixed with the B component according to the weight ratio. Depending on the ambient temperature, the component shall be fully stirred for 2~3 minutes in summer and 3~5 minutes in winter. After AB mixing, it shall be filtered with 150 mesh before construction;
lWhen the temperature is high, attention should be paid to the fast reaction gel and the use time can be shortened. Please determine the amount of ingredients for each time according to the actual temperature and construction progress. The prepared materials must be used up at one time, and the remaining A and B components must be sealed and preserved;
lThe edge of the construction wall should be as uniform as possible to avoid defects caused by backflow;
lEpoxy resin floor coating in the construction of the completion of the curing period of about 7 days (25 ℃), the first three days of the coating as the main curing period, clear completely closed workplaces, curing period to prohibit water and heavy pressure, so as not to artificially damage the epoxy coating;
lStorage conditions: should be sealed in a cool and dry place, storage temperature 10~35 ℃; less than 10 ℃ storage conditions, paint components may occur crystallization state, available water bath heating method heating 3-5 hours to remove the crystallization state, does not affect the curing effect, but the surface coating needs to use 120 mesh filter after use.
lDuring transportation, ensure that the carriage environment is dry and closed, and the material code is laid flat and stable.
lDuring construction, please keep the site well ventilated and no smoking. Please wear protective clothing, gas mask and protective gloves during construction to avoid inhalation of paint mist and skin contact with paint. Paint spilled on the skin should be cleaned immediately with a suitable detergent. If splashed into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
lThis product is flammable articles, storage, transportation, construction must be away from the fire source and maintain good ventilation; in case of fire, use dry powder fire extinguisher or sand cover to extinguish the fire;
