Product use instructions
l Construction shall be carried out under the conditions of ambient temperature ≥ 5 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%, and the coating shall be applied on the clean, dry and non-porous intermediate coating;
l The product has been proved by experiments to have sufficient construction adaptability, should not add any solvent and diluent, if you want to add please consult our technical department.
l The product is a solvent-containing product with a large smell. During the coating process, it is necessary to pay attention to good ventilation. When in use, it is necessary to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. It is recommended to wear a special goggles protective mask, as well as rubber gloves, work clothes. After the operation is completed, hands and other exposed parts should be cleaned in time.
l Before construction, the component is fully stirred evenly, mixed with the B component according to the proportion, depending on the ambient temperature, fully stirred for 1 to 2 minutes, and then mixed with powder (or sand) according to the proportion for 3 minutes, then the construction can be carried out;
l When the temperature is high, attention should be paid to the fast reaction gel and the use time can be shortened. Please determine the amount of ingredients for each time according to the actual temperature and construction progress. The prepared materials must be used up at one time, and the remaining A and B components must be sealed and preserved;
This product is flammable articles, storage, transportation, construction must be away from the fire and maintain good ventilation; construction should wear gloves, goggles, to avoid the product contaminated skin, if contaminated skin can be washed with detergent and then soap, warm water; if accidentally splashed into the eyes, should be immediately washed with water or diluted boric acid and sent to the hospital for treatment;
