Product Description:Two-component solvent-based general-purpose primer for crosslinking reaction of epoxy resin and amine curing agent
Product use:Suitable for concrete base surface reaching curing period. (Not recommend for comparison of loose base surface and high density base surface)
Performance characteristics:1, low viscosity, good permeability, can deeply penetrate the base surface, reinforcing the base surface strength;
2. No whitening; good adhesion and good toughness.
3. Low viscosity, easy construction; high cost performance.
Construction method: Use a medium hair roller to scrape and scrape
Dosage of recommend:0.1-0.3 ㎏/㎡ (depending on the base surface, the dosage is higher than 0.3KG/㎡, curing is slow, and non-curing may occur, affecting the construction of medium coating)
Storage:The effective storage period is one year, and it can be inspected according to quality standards after expiration. If it meets the requirements, it can continue to be used.

Product use instructions
l Construction shall be carried out under the conditions of ambient temperature ≥ 5 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, and water content of base surface ≤ 6%. The base surface is clean and dry;
Before coating and curing process (surface drying) base surface temperature should be higher than the dew point of more than 3 ℃, in order to prevent the substrate and wet film surface water vapor condensation affect the coating adhesion and surface effect;
l Before construction, the component shall be fully mixed evenly, and then mixed with the B component according to the proportion, and the construction can be carried out according to the ambient temperature for 2 to 3 minutes;
l This product can be used for about 2h at 25 ℃, and the winter model can be used for 3h. When the temperature is high (above 30 degrees), pay attention to the fast reaction gel and shorten the use time. Please determine the amount of ingredients for each time according to the actual use temperature and construction progress. The prepared materials must be used up at one time, and the remaining components A and B must be sealed and stored;
l Storage conditions: should be sealed in a cool and dry place, storage temperature 10~35 ℃;
This product is flammable articles, storage, transportation, construction must be away from the fire source and maintain good ventilation; in case of fire, use dry powder fire extinguisher or sand cover to extinguish the fire;
